Nils-Olof has always expressed himself through photography and is especially fascinated by the perspective of the room in the city. Photographing through metropolises such as New York, Paris and Barcelona is something that has inspired Nils-Olof a lot. To walk through the cities with their different characters has been a never ending source of inspiration in many different ways. This has resulted in exhibitions and series of photographs with views from these cities, such as the Brooklyn Bridge in New York and the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
In 2012, Nils-Olof found a new visual language, taken from his garden. This has resulted in a number sugestive images of flowers.
During 2010-2012, Nils-Olof had an assignment to photograph panoramic views in Gothenburg city, intended to be installed in the tax authority's offices at Rosenlund.
The result was a total of 600 meters panoramic views divided on six floors.
2011-2012, Nils-Olof photographed images for the book "Memories and Menus" by Ulf Wagner.
The book received the award as the year's culinary memoires 2012th
